Regarding issues with the mouse input not allowing you to look by rotating the mouse and/or the clicking not working, there is a way to get around it and re-enable the mouse. This is not a perfect fix, but does work quickly and is a viable fix. Hello, I'm having a problem with GTA Vice City. When I start the game all goes OK, intro's play, music is working, no problems there. I can skip the movies too by pressing a key or clicking my mouse. But when I arrive in the main menu the mouse stops working. Also in the game it won't work.
