The frame rate drops in a race sometimes If a buddy signs on or I get a message but it only happen like once or twice. My game froze 3 times the first day I played it. I installed it to the hard drive, this fixed it. As an added bonus, it also make the load times between menus a lot quicker.

Yeah, you don't need kinect at all for this game. It just adds some extra functionality, like the headtracking thing or being able to get through some of the menus quicker.

I just rescently found a cheap 360 and bought this game from Gamestop a few days ago. The first disc works but the 2nd disc, the "install" disc is some unauthorized format pirate copy.
